1. Who we are

SportsAlgo is a sports coverage and analytics service operated by Tattva Technologies, Delhi. "We" means Tattva Technologies; "you" means the person or organisation booking the service.

2. Bookings

A booking request is not confirmed until we accept it and you pay the advance. We may decline a request if no coordinator is available or the venue is unsuitable.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown on the services page and quoted in Indian rupees.
• A 50% advance confirms the booking; the balance is due after delivery.
• Payment is by UPI or bank transfer to the details we email you.
• Venues beyond Delhi NCR may carry a travel charge, quoted before payment.
• Slots not paid for within 24 hours of the payment request are released.

4. What you provide

You are responsible for ground access and permissions, a safe and clear position for our camera equipment, and accurate venue and timing details. We are not liable for coverage lost because access was denied or the match moved without notice.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 48 hours of the match. Delays caused by weather, equipment failure or events outside our control are not grounds for a claim beyond the refund terms below.

6. Ownership and use

You own the footage of your match. We retain ownership of our software, analytics models and report formats. We may use clips for promotion only with your written permission.

7. Liability

Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed selection opportunities or sponsorship.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
