Refund & Cancellation Policy

Draft for review. Confirm these windows and percentages with the client before launch.

Rescheduling

Tell us at least 24 hours before kick-off and we move your booking to any other date within 60 days at no extra cost. Weather calls are treated the same way even at short notice, as long as our coordinator has not yet travelled.

Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before the match: full refund of the advance.
• 24 to 48 hours before: 50% of the advance refunded.
• Less than 24 hours before, or once the coordinator has reached the ground: the advance is not refunded, as it covers the call-out and reserved equipment.

If we cancel

If we cannot cover your match for any reason — coordinator unavailable, equipment failure, anything on our side — you get a full refund of everything paid, or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Problems with delivery

If the footage is unusable because of a fault on our side, we refund the full amount for that match. If part of the match is affected, we refund proportionally. Raise it within 7 days of delivery.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the UPI ID or bank account the payment came from, within 7 working days of approval.
