SportsAlgo provides on-site match filming and, depending on the service booked, highlight editing and performance analytics. We are a coverage and analytics provider, not an event organiser, broadcaster or officiating body.
We cover Delhi NCR as standard. Venues outside NCR are taken case by case and carry a travel charge, quoted before you pay anything.
If coverage fails because access was denied, the position was unusable or the match moved without notice, it counts as a late cancellation under the refund policy.
Delivery is by a private download link sent to the email on the booking. Links expire, but you can ask for a fresh one any time within the 90-day retention window.
We deliver footage that covers the full field of play from a tactical angle with automated tracking. Light, weather, crowd movement and ground conditions affect the result — we will tell you on the day if conditions will materially reduce quality, and you can choose to postpone.
If footage is unusable because of a fault on our side, we refund the affected portion in full. Raise it within 7 days of delivery.
Our equipment remains ours throughout. Our coordinator may stop filming and move if the position becomes unsafe — crowd encroachment, weather or anything else that puts people or equipment at risk. We will always try to resume.
If we have to move or cancel your booking, we will tell you as early as we can and offer a free reschedule or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Footage of your match belongs to you, and you are free to use, edit and publish it. Our analytics software, models and report formats remain ours. We use your footage publicly only with written permission.
